Staying Cool in Venice!

    Here are some photos of Rick Steves' canal view, air conditioned, high-end budget hotel recommendation in Venice, ALBERGO PAGNELLI. Collin and I enjoyed the location of the hotel—but because we were booking so late—we had to move to different rooms during our stay. It is a quaint hotel with old "Europe" decore. Small rooms. We wern't able to get "con vista" views. All in all—its worth the price because of location and view. Thanks so much for your help.    Mary & Collin Dang of Oahu.

And thanks for sending the photos so we can share them. Air conditioning can be an "re-energizer" during summer months in Venice and Rome. Rooms are running  about L150,000—L300,000 depending on size and view.   Thanks again, Mele
