I found that link to netcafe database. The URL is http://www.netcafes.com.  I found a "banner" link to this site on www.oslo.com.  This is a searchable database of worldwide Cybercafe locations. Contact Cathy at:   cyberkath@traveltales.com  for more cybercafe information world wide.

One caveat, though - email the cafe(s) you wish to visit and make sure they are still in business. This database still lists Internet C@fe on Kapahulu Ave, which has been closed for several months.
