Please print this page, fill it out, and send it with your deposit check of $250 per person and per tour.  Make check payable to TERC in US dollars (sorry, we cannot accept credit cards for tour payments).  Mail it to Travel Europe Resource Center, Atten:  Tours, 239 Kalalau St, Honolulu, Hi. 96825-2011.  Deposits for all 2003 tours are 100% refundable for 2 weeks from the day received.  Please attach another sheet if more than two persons are sighing up.
